Quality is our Legacy
Our Services
Precision machining is our specialty. Additionally, we can devise innovative solutions tailored to meet your specific needs.
-
Milling is a precision machining service that removes material from a solid workpiece using computer-controlled rotating cutting tools to produce accurate shapes, features, and surface finishes. Our Mills allow for three to five-axis movements, allowing us to produce complex geometries, pockets, slots, threads, and smooth contours to tight tolerances and with excellent repeatability.
We work with a wide range of materials — plastics, aluminum, steels, and other alloys.
If you provide your drawings or CAD files, we’ll review them, recommend suitable materials and tooling, and provide a quote with lead time and tolerance capability to meet your application requirements.

CNC turning is a subtractive machining process in which a computer-controlled lathe rotates a cylindrical workpiece while cutting tools move along programmed paths to remove material and produce precise external and internal features such as shafts, threads, tapers, bores, and grooves; the CNC (computer numerical control) system follows digital part programs to control tool position, feed rate, and spindle speed, enabling high repeatability, tight tolerances, efficient production of complex geometries, and easy scaling from prototypes to volume runs.

Precision grinding and honing are precision metalworking processes used to produce tight dimensional tolerances and highly refined surface finishes on cylindrical and flat components. Precision grinding employs abrasive wheels or belts to remove material quickly and accurately, shaping parts to exact diameters, flatness, or profiles while controlling roundness and concentricity; it is well suited for hard materials and for achieving close size tolerances. Honing is a more controlled, low-material-removal process using abrasive stones mounted on a honing tool to improve surface texture, remove microscopic irregularities, correct geometry (such as straightness and cylindricity), and achieve fine cross-hatch patterns that improve lubrication retention. Together, grinding provides the bulk of form and size control and honing finalizes surface finish and precise geometric correction to meet functional and assembly requirements.

At PRECISION CNC LLC, we use skilled machining processes to repair and rework client parts by first inspecting the component to identify wear, damage, and dimensional deviations, then developing a targeted plan that may include turning, milling, grinding, boring, drilling, and surface finishing to restore original geometry and tolerances. Worn or damaged surfaces are removed and replaced or built up with compatible materials through welding or metal deposition when needed, after which precision machining brings the feature back to specification. Throughout the process we use calibrated measuring equipment and CAD/CAM programming to control cutting parameters and ensure repeatable accuracy, perform intermediate inspections, and apply corrosion protection or final surface treatments as requested. This approach minimizes downtime and cost by extending the life of critical components and returning repaired parts to reliable, specification-compliant condition.
